A: If we could use Harry Potter's Owl you would receive your order within 4 hours, but we use Royal Mail. Shipping usually takes 3 - 5 days, if it takes longer than 5 days then get in contact with us as soon as possible at hello@cozihoodie.com

A: Every hoodie comes wrapped in a ribbon bow tie because you deserve the special treatment.

A: Yes... but it's long and boring so here's the main points:

We offer a 30 day return policy however not all items are eligible, to be eligible for a return:

A: The Cozi Hoodie is ideal for anyone above the age of 13 years old, I will leave the dimension down below:

Q: How do I care for my hoodie?

A: Hand or Machine wash in cold/warm water, if you machine wash ensure to use a gentle cycle. 

Tumble dry at your own risk, the hoodie will not shrink but you might.

 

Q: Is the Cozi Hoodie Vegan and Cruelty Free?

A: We love furry animals of all kinds, but we do not turn them into hoodies! Our hoodie is made with vegan friendly Sherpa Fleece and Flannel Fleece.

 

Q: Can I send as a gift?

A: All hoodies come gift wrapped in a ribbon bow tie and no invoices are packed inside with it! If you are buying for someone's birthday and shipping straight to the lucky lad or lady, we will go the extra mile of including a birthday card hand written just email us with your order number and a message.

Q: How safe is my payment?
